By accessing or using the Ultron AI platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform. Continued use constitutes acceptance of any updates to these terms.

2. Description of Service

Ultron AI provides real-time AI capabilities including vision, voice, and intelligence features. The Platform uses artificial intelligence models to process user inputs and generate outputs. AI-generated results are probabilistic and may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific use case.

3. User Accounts & Authentication

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Responsible Use of AI

You are solely and fully responsible for the content you upload, the prompts you provide, and the AI-generated outputs you receive and use. The Platform's AI models generate responses based on inputs and training data — we do not guarantee the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of any output.

You acknowledge that AI outputs may contain errors, biases, or inaccuracies. You must independently verify any AI-generated content before relying on it for decisions, publications, or any other purpose.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to use the Platform to:

• Generate, upload, or distribute illegal, harmful, abusive, defamatory, or obscene content
• Create deepfakes, impersonations, or misleading content intended to deceive others
• Harass, threaten, or harm any individual or group
• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or compromise the Platform's systems or AI models
• Use automated tools to scrape, overload, or abuse the Platform
• Circumvent any security measures, rate limits, or access controls
• Use the Platform for any fraudulent, deceptive, or malicious purpose

6. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in suspicious activity, or abused the Platform in any way.

Accounts found guilty of misuse, abuse, or any prohibited conduct may be permanently banned. We may also revoke access, delete associated data, and report violations to relevant authorities where required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, branding, AI models, and technology are owned by Ultron AI, Inc. You retain ownership of the content you upload but grant us a limited license to process it for providing the service. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the Platform without written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI outputs will be accurate or fit for any particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ultron AI, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or reliance on AI-generated outputs.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
